At Legal Guidance Bureau, we offer a wide variety of Legal Services such as the Legal Guidance, Written Legal Advice and Legal Outsourcing and Transcription.
a. Legal Guidance: Our legal guidance is available free of cost to anybody, 24 hours of the day on phone. This, in itself an innovative concept, was started and put into operation in 1985, under the aegis of our mentor, Dr. M.V.L Narashimhan. He was responsible for placing the LEGAL GUIDANCE BUREAU on the list of non- profit, voluntary and non-governmental organizations in India. Apart from free legal service, Legal Guidance Bureau also ventures into Advice on Tax Management, estate management, patent laws, copyright, ERP solutions, estate and real estate management. It is also involved in arbitration, civil, consumer, criminal and family law cases. In case of the corporate world, it gives Human resource placements and advice and formulates ERP Solutions.
b. Written legal advice: we have also a paid service for rendering written legal advice against specific facts of a case. However, it may not be always possible to give written legal advice in certain cases as the situation involved may be too complicated or unusual. In such cases, all rights for written guidance of the cases are reserved by us to our discretion. In such cases, all payment for the same is fully refunded to the client.
c. Legal outsourcing and transcription: our free legal advice and other services can be availed of from anywhere in the globe. This is the legal outsourcing facility of the Legal Guidance Bureau. As there are senior lawyers specializing in almost every branch of law, the Legal Guidance Bureau is expanding into the area of legal transcription. It involves taking up legal outsourcing contracts for drafting, legal documents, pleadings, research, consultancy services to corporate in business ideas, minimizing loss in business, getting the maximum productivity and efficiency. This is owing to the superb infrastructure facilities available with the Legal Guidance Bureau.
